Day by Day1. Sunday 14.03.21
Individual arrival at Arecife, check in and bike fitting.After dinner, the weekly program will be presented and thoroughly explained, together with the technical approach.
2. Monday 15.03.21
AM: after breakfast you will be briefed on the daily activities and take off for the first 3.30/4 hour stretch. The first couple of hours will be dedicated to warm up and developing general endurance. Later you will concentrate on Watt reading and functional tests.
PM: Rest and relaxation but especially an individual report on the readings and a tailor made training analysis.
Evening: Dinner and chilling listening to your hosts’ fascinating cycling anecdotes.
3. Tuesday 16.03.21
AM: after breakfast you will be briefed on the daily activities and take off for the first 3.30/4 hour stretch. Today’s plan is to improve your technical skills in developing strength and endurance, while training.
PM: relax.
Evening: dinner and sharing the coaches’ practical experiences, diet related suggestions both racing and training. Take advantage of the huge input you can get from their amazing careers!
4. Wednesday 17.03.21
AM: after breakfast you will be briefed on the daily activities and take off for the first 3.30/4 hour stretch. Today is the turn of working on endurance while cycling uphill. Fartlek exercises, interval training focused on Granfondo races.
PM: relax, massages and individual bike refitting if necessary.
Evening: rest eat and have a pint is the experts' prescription for the day.
5. Giovedi 18.03.21
Today is dedicated to rest and recuperate your energies.
Evening: after dinner you will have the opportunity to share your thoughts and concerns with the experts on how to improve your performance by watching the videos filmed during daily training.
6. Venerdi 19.03.21
AM: after breakfast you will be briefed on the daily activities and take off for the first 6 hour stretch. Today you will have the chance to work specifically on the Granfondo racing and its technical aspects.
PM: relax, massages and individual posture asset.
Evening: dinner with briefing and free night.
7. Sabato 20.03.21
AM: after breakfast and a quick briefing, get ready for your funny challenge day or team time trial.
PM: free afternoon dedicated to leisure and shopping.
Evening: goodbye dinner followed by a review of the goals reached and achievements gained. You will also obtain you certificates of participation and reward for the winning team. Lets celebrate!

Andrea Ferrigato is affectionately known by his former teammates and friends as “Ferri” for his legs of “Steel” recording an estimated 650,000 miles in his career on a bike.
Ferri has had a professional career spanning 15 years, 8 Giro d’Italia and 4 Tour de France. He was a Stage winner of the Giro D’Italia (1994), 2 World Cup races in 1996, when he was second in the final classification, and other 17 important classics races.
He remains very passionate and thankful for his career and is willing to share this passion with other like-minded cyclists.
Andrea has chosen several epic rides to participate in, both in Italy and other European countries, and is eager to ride alongside other guest riders who share his passion.
Angelo Furlan
Born in Arzignano on 21/06/77. Lives in Montecchio Maggiore, Vicenza. Always a firm believer of the importance of versatility in the field of cycling, is at a young age that the adult has practiced and practice many sports and engages with ductility in the various disciplines of cycling.
Started from bmx, going through all disciplines of cycling, professional road internationally with many years experience, has competed in the most important and famous races in the world and has played more famous team internationally concluding activity professional "ride" in 2013.
